Strategic Hotels opens Mayfair bar the Luggage Room

Strategic Hotels has opened the Luggage Room, a new standalone bar in London's Mayfair.

Located on a corner of Grosvenor Square, the Luggage Room will be headed up by bar manager Abdulai Kpekawa.

The cocktail menu features a mix of classic cobblers, martinis and punches. House specials will also be available, including Luggage Champagne (containing an infused sugar cube), Aviation (gin, maraschino liquor, lemon) and the Clover Club (gin, martini, raspberry syrup, egg white).

The Fish House Punch (cognac, rum, peach, lemon and sugar) and Boston Cobbler (port, Calvados, lemon, orange and pineapple) will also be on offer.
