Masala-spiced vodka tonic cocktail recipe

Ingredients
- 50ml Desi Daru vodka
- 10ml Bitter Truth apricot liqueur
- 1 splash cedro essence
- 1 splash vetiver essence
- 100ml tonic water
- 5ml simple syrup
- Half a stick of lemongrass
Method
Infuse the vodka for 24 hours with organic masala spice chai. Add all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker, including the half lemongrass stick.
Shake energetically and pour into a high-ball with a ‘pillar' ice cube. Top up with tonic water.
For the presentation, paint the glass with white and red colouring. Finally, add one stick of lemongrass and serve.
