Houston & Hawkes renews Sally Abé partnership
Independent B&I caterer Houston & Hawkes has announced the renewal of its exclusive partnership with the Pem chef Sally Abé.
Abé will continue to provide food development support as well as lead training initiatives, including an interactive cookery masterclass, and by offering chef stages at her restaurant, the Pem at the Conrad London St James hotel.
She will also support the launch of a female networking initiative that Houston & Hawkes will reveal in 2024.
