Last year the Grand Brighton went on to win the Best Employer Catey, having used a change of ownership in 2014 to bring a refreshed approach to people engagement at the 201-bedroom hotel on Brighton's famous seafront, which included its '10 Grand Commandments' that underpin the culture of the business.
The Caterer deputy editor James Stagg said: "The Grand Brighton exemplifies the talent and innovation demonstrated in the Best Places to Work in Hospitality awards.
