Caterer required for Gainsborough's House, Suffolk
Gainsborough's House is looking for a caterer with entrepreneurial spirit to run ‘The Watering Place' café and event hospitality in the new National Centre for Gainsborough, Suffolk.
Following a multimillion-pound major capital project, an exciting new catering offer has been created in the architect-designed spaces of this new art centre opening in autumn 2022.
Day-to-day operation will take place in a modern orangery-style glass extension, with indoor seating and an outside terrace, combined with the opportunity to cater for the full programme of events and functions in the stunning new galleries, Grade I-listed house and walled garden. Work with us to fascinate and inspire audiences to enjoy the art, life and passions of one of Britain's foremost artists.
With an anticipated audience of 50,000-plus visitors a year, an exciting programme of national and international exhibitions and art collections of significance, this is the chance to offer a high-class cultural eating experience for every visitor.
Join us as we open the National Centre for Gainsborough this autumn and be the destination to eat in Suffolk.
Site visits and information packs are available until 22 July 2022. Proposals, to include concept and business plan, should be presented by 25 July 2022.
