Camden Town to open London beer hall in collaboration with Theo Randall
Camden Town Brewery has announced it will be opening a beer hall in north London this June with menus designed by chef Theo Randall.
The Camden Beer Hall will open alongside the brewery's original production site in Wilkin Street Mews, taking inspiration from traditional Bavarian beer halls.
Following a refurbishment of the original bar, the beer hall will have double the seating capacity of the original and generous outdoor space, with beer served directly from the brewery tanks. Housing 24 taps at its bar, it will offer Camden's full core range as well as the Arch 55 creations, Camden's small batch innovation series.
The menus will offer small dishes and sharing platters combining the Italian cuisine for which Randall is known, seasonal ingredients and the dishes inspired by those served in Bavarian beer halls.
Jasper Cuppaidge, founder of Camden Town Brewery said: "We've been making beer under the arches in Camden for 11 years now, and serving beer onsite has always been an important part of what we do, so we couldn't be more excited to welcome our regulars, beer fans and local community back in to see what we've done with the place."
