The two-year deal will see the company provide an artisanal café, offering both full-service catering and grab-and-go options to the building's 1,300 workers.
The Balanced Food Co is headed by Ian Summers, a former director at Graysons Restaurants and sales director for Catermasters, and Mark McCann, who previously worked as an executive chef with Bartlett Mitchell and Compass. The company also plans to expand its customer base in London and the south.
