Beavertown Brewery to open first standalone London pub

London-based Beavertown Brewery is to open its first standalone pub, the Corner Pin, in early September.

It will be situated in the former ticket office opposite Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and is the first Beavertown-branded pub to open in the brewer's nine-year history.

It will serve Beavertown's full range of beers, including a new Bones on draught, which is launching into pubs and venues in August, alongside a food menu and cocktails, spirits, wines and soft drinks.

Beavertown founder Logan Plant, who is the son of Led Zeppelin frontman Robert Plant, said: "We're thrilled to be opening our first ever pub in Tottenham, the place we call home. We can't wait to open the doors to this historic venue and breathe new life into the much-loved pub, the only way we know how… with epic design, cracking beer and a great atmosphere."

The brewer has a long-standing partnership with Spurs and opened a microbrewery and taproom within the club's stadium in 2019.

Beavertown was founded in Haggerston barbecue restaurant and brewpub Duke's Brew and Que in 2011 and moved to a larger home in Tottenham in 2015, which produces the equivalent of nine million pints a year.

Dutch brewer Heineken took a £40m minority stake in the company in 2018 to finance the construction of a larger brewery. The site, named Beaverworld, opened in Enfield in 2020 with the capacity to produce 10 times more craft beer.
