Bartlett Mitchell spearheads launch of subscription-based catering model
Mosaic, a new subscription-based contract catering and facilities management model, has been launched as part of a move to offer clients flexible solutions in a post-Covid workplace.
The model, initiated by Bartlett Mitchell, will enable clients to sign up to a flexible monthly budgeted plan, where all the client pays for is the food and services consumed and used during that period.
Bartlett Mitchell is collaborating with other Westbury Street Holdings (WSH) brands BaxterStorey, Benugo and Portico on the launch.
Mosaic's subscription plans include flexible access to all hospitality, reception, front-of-house and catering services and, as needs change, the plans allow businesses to scale up as more people return to the workplace, offering flexibility to clients that do not currently have volumes that require a full service, be that number of days a week or type of service. A pre-order pay system will also be available via an app.
Led by a cross-trained client accounts team, the service will have three membership levels, and clients are allocated a dedicated account manager to develop their monthly plan. To provide additional flexibility, any credits not used during any given month are rolled over. A membership can be cancelled at any time.

WSH acquired Bartlett Mitchell in October last year in a deal which sees Bartlett and the senior team remain in their posts and the business continue to run under its own operational structure.
