Adam's Restaurant, Birmingham
Former Glenapp Castle head chef Adam Stokes has opened a "two-year pop-up" restaurant in the centre of Birmingham. The fine-dining restaurant serves tasting menus of modern British food, and Stokes runs it together with his wife, Natasha, who manages front of house.
