Adam and Sam Kaye make plans to take Dim T national

Sam and Adam Kaye are planning to shake-up the UK restaurant scene once again with Pan-Asian offering Dim T.

The co-founders of Ask Central, now part of Gondola Holdings, are backing the three-strong chain, which has sites in London's Hampstead, Highgate and Charlotte Street.

Plans are in place to increase the fledgling business to seven units before reassessing its potential for a national roll-out.

Dim T offers Vietnamese, Japanese and Thai cuisine.
