63rd+1st appoints Graeme Nesbitt as operations director
Cocktail-led bar and restaurant brand 63rd+1st, part of the newly listed Hostmore which also operates restaurant group Fridays, has announced that Graeme Nesbitt has been appointed as operations director.
He will join the business next week from his most recent role as group director of food and beverage at Hand Picked Hotels, having also previously run Iconic Luxury Hotels' Lygon Arms in Broadway, Worcestershire, as general manager.
Nesbitt said: "The 63rd+1st experience is absolutely fantastic; the venues are beautiful, the sharing menu is delectable. Add in an atmosphere created by a fantastic team and cocktails that are handcrafted to perfection and the result is a place guaranteed to make great things happen.

Graeme will start his role on Monday 13 December, in advance of the opening of 63rd+1st's fourth location in Cambridge in Spring 2022.
