3Sixty Restaurants acquires fourth Rocket site

Rocket, the casual-dining brand owned by 3Sixty Restaurants, has taken on a new site within the Cornerhouse development in Nottingham (pictured).

The site has traded as Saltwater for the past 10 years and has the largest roof-top terrace in Nottingham city centre.

Speaking about the acquisition, James Horler, chief executive, said: "We are delighted to have acquired a new lease on this prestigious venue within Nottingham city centre. We take over the operation on 7 December and will rebrand as Rocket early in 2012."

3Sixty Restaurants comprises eight Ego restaurants in the Midlands and North-west and three Rocket restaurants in central London, with a new Rocket planned to open on Bishopsgate in March 2012.

3Sixty Restaurants is chaired by former PizzaExpress owner Luke Johnson.
