Graham Hornigold's Longboys to open two more sites
Longboys, the finger doughnut brand founded by former Hakkasan executive pastry chef Graham Hornigold, is set to expand across London.
The group is set to launch its biggest site in Borough Yards in late October, which will be spread across two floors and seat 45 covers. A grab-and-go Longboys will open in Liverpool Street in mid-October.
Longboys was founded in 2019 by Hornigold, who previously worked as chef pâtissier at the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park and as executive pastry chef of the Lanesborough London.
It currently has two sites in King's Cross and Wembley Park and serves an Éclair-doughnut hybrid, which is formed of a light brioche base that is filled with compote and sprinkled with various toppings.
New flavours will include sticky toffee pudding; coconut chocolate; vanilla malt and apple crumble.
Hornigold said: "This is a really exciting time for us as a brand, our expansion plans are taking shape. We want as many people as possible to enjoy our doughnuts, they're the real deal.
"With more sites means more opportunity. We'd love to introduce new products and offer an interactive element to our customers in the future, watch this space."
Hornigold acquired the Pretty Sweet patisserie catering service, which creates items for events, offices and corporate hospitality, in March.
